Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time

Each piece is made to order. Orders are produced and dispatched within 2 to 7 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders travel by UPS Express and are usually delivered within 2 to 4 business days.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within 7 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Delivery address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot change the address once an order has been dispatched, and we are not able to refund orders lost due to an incorrect address.
