Refund policy

Every Belle Oro piece is made to order in the metal colour and size you choose. For this reason we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds once an order has been placed.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as production has not started. Email us with your order number at the address below.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the piece and the packaging. If we ask you to return the item, send it back unworn and in its original packaging. Once we have received and inspected it, and confirmed the fault is ours, we will make and send you a replacement piece.

Because each piece is made to your measurements, please check the size guide before ordering. If you are unsure of your size, contact us before placing your order and we will help.
