The bracelet arrived on time. As soon I took it out of the box, it went straight on my wrist and has been there since then. It is exceptional quality! Is the gold solid or plated?
Every Belle Oro piece is solid gold, 14K or 18K. Never plated, never gold-filled. Our necklaces are made in 14K.
Are the pieces hallmarked?
Yes. Every piece is hallmarked for purity.
What are the stones?
The stones are zircon, hand-set into solid gold.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
No. Solid gold has no plated layer to wear off, so it will not flake, tarnish or mark your skin.
Can I wear it every day?
Yes, every piece is made to be worn daily. We would only suggest taking it off for perfume and creams, the pool and the gym, so it keeps its shine.
How do I find my size?
Bangles: measure all the way around your wrist, snug but not tight and not loose, and enter that exact measurement in the wrist size box on the product page. We add the allowance a bangle needs and make it accordingly.
Rings: choose your ring size from the list and we make the ring to exactly that size.
Can I request a different chain length?
It depends on the design. Contact us and we will help you.
How long does it take to make my piece?
Each piece is made to order and takes 2 to 7 days to make, then it ships.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 2 hours of placing it, as long as production has not started. Email your order number to info@belleoro.com.
How long is delivery?
Free UPS Express delivery with tracking, 2 to 4 business days.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
No. All duties and taxes are paid by us. The total you see at checkout is the final amount you pay.
Is my piece made just for me?
Yes. Every Belle Oro piece is made to order in the size and metal colour you choose, it is not taken from stock. For that reason pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, so if you have any doubt about size or design, message us before you order and we will help you get it right.
